FC Fachai Terms and Conditions — Know Your Rights Before You Play

1 General Terms and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and FC Fachai ("we," "us," "our," "the Platform"). By accessing, registering for, or using the FC Fachai platform at fcfachai.app, you confirm that you have read, understood, and fully accept these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the FC Fachai platform. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated version.

FC Fachai operates under a valid gaming license. Players are responsible for ensuring that online gaming is legal in their jurisdiction before registering and participating on the platform. Philippine players are subject to the applicable local regulations governing online gaming.

2 Account Registration and Eligibility

Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account and use the FC Fachai platform. This requirement is strictly enforced. FC Fachai reserves the right to request proof of age at any time, and accounts that cannot verify age compliance will be immediately suspended or permanently closed. Any winnings accrued on an underage account will be forfeited.

One Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the FC Fachai platform. Creating multiple accounts — whether using different email addresses, names, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a serious breach of these Terms. FC Fachai employs technical and manual verification systems to detect duplicate accounts.

If duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts except the original may be permanently closed without prior notice. Any bonus funds, free spins, pending withdrawals, or account balances in closed duplicate accounts will be void and forfeited.

Account Information Accuracy

You are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering your account. This includes your real name, date of birth, valid email address, and contact number. Providing false or misleading information is a breach of these Terms and may result in account closure. You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date.

Geographic Restrictions

The FC Fachai platform is intended for players in jurisdictions where online gaming is permitted. Players from jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited by local law are not eligible to register or play. It is the player's responsibility to verify their local legal position.

3 Account Security and Password

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your FC Fachai account credentials — including your username, password, and any security PINs. You must not share your login details with any other person, and FC Fachai will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your account that results from your failure to maintain security.

• Use a strong, unique password that you do not use on other websites or apps.
• Never share your password with friends, family members, or anyone else — including FC Fachai support staff, who will never ask for your full password.
• Log out of your account on shared devices when you are done playing.
• Report any suspected unauthorized access to your account to FC Fachai support immediately.
• Enable any available two-factor authentication features if prompted.

FC Fachai reserves the right to temporarily suspend any account suspected of unauthorized access or suspicious activity while an investigation is conducted. During this period, transactions on the account may be restricted.

4 Deposits and Payment Methods

All transactions on the FC Fachai platform are conducted in Philippine Pesos (PHP). The following payment methods are accepted for deposits:

• E-Wallets: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph
• Bank Transfers: InstaPay, PESONet
• Online Banking: BDO, BPI, UnionBank
• Cards: Visa and Mastercard debit/credit cards

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on your chosen payment method and account verification status. FC Fachai does not charge fees on standard deposits, though your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees — please check with your payment provider.

Deposits are credited to your FC Fachai account upon confirmation from the payment provider. In the event of a payment processing delay, please allow up to one (1) business day before contacting support.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests at FC Fachai are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, subject to availability. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows:

• GCash / Maya: Typically within 15–30 minutes during regular operating hours.
• Bank Transfer (InstaPay / PESONet): Typically within 1–3 business hours, subject to bank processing schedules.
• Cards: 3–5 business days depending on your card issuer.

Verification Requirements

FC Fachai may require account verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) before processing certain withdrawal amounts. This may include submission of a valid government-issued ID and proof of payment method ownership. This is a standard industry requirement and is in place to protect players from fraud.

Withdrawal of Bonus Funds

Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus play are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement applicable to each bonus is stated in the relevant promotion terms. Real money funds deposited by the player are not subject to wagering requirements and can be withdrawn at any time, subject to standard verification processes.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

FC Fachai offers various bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms stated in individual promotion pages:

• Bonuses are available to players who have a fully verified account in good standing.
• Each bonus promotion may only be claimed once per player, household, device, or IP address, unless specifically stated otherwise.
• Bonus funds carry wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Standard wagering requirement ranges are stated per promotion.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period stated for each bonus. Unused bonus funds expire at the end of the validity period.
• FC Fachai reserves the right to cancel, modify, or extend any promotion at any time, for any reason, with or without prior notice.
• Bonuses that are found to have been claimed through multiple accounts, abuse of promotional terms, or in bad faith will be voided and the associated account may be suspended.

7 Sports Betting Rules

The following general rules apply to all sports bets placed on the FC Fachai sportsbook, including football betting, basketball betting, and all other sports markets:

Bet Placement and Acceptance

A bet is considered accepted only when a bet reference number is issued and the bet appears in your betting history. Bets remain subject to settlement rules as outlined below. FC Fachai reserves the right to void bets placed at incorrect odds due to technical errors.

Event Cancellations and Postponements

If a sporting event is cancelled before starting, all pre-match bets will be voided and stakes returned. If a match begins but is abandoned before completion, settlement rules depend on how much of the match was played and the ruling of the relevant governing body. Generally, bets on events abandoned before the minimum qualifying period will be voided.

Live Betting

Live in-play bets are accepted subject to real-time odds availability. FC Fachai makes every effort to ensure odds are accurate, but in-play odds are subject to rapid change and bets may be declined or delayed during fast-moving periods of play.

Maximum Winnings

Maximum single bet winnings limits apply per event and may vary by sport and market. These limits will be displayed in the betting interface. FC Fachai reserves the right to limit bet stakes for individual players at its discretion.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the FC Fachai platform. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim multiple bonuses or circumvent restrictions.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform or games in any way.
• Collusion with other players in card games or any other game format where collusion provides an unfair advantage.
• Money laundering — using the platform to process or disguise funds from illegal activity. FC Fachai complies with applicable anti-money laundering regulations.
• Fraudulent chargebacks — disputing legitimate transactions with your payment provider after funds have been used on the platform.
• Exploiting software bugs or glitches — if you identify a technical error that affects gameplay or payouts, you must report it to support immediately. Exploiting such errors for financial gain is prohibited.
• Reverse engineering or hacking any aspect of the FC Fachai platform, games, or infrastructure.

9 Responsible Gaming

FC Fachai is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. We recognize that a small number of players may experience difficulties with gambling and we take this responsibility seriously.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your account. Once set, limits cannot be increased immediately — a cooling-off period applies to limit increases.

10 Account Suspension and Termination

FC Fachai reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion.
• Failure to complete identity verification when required.
• Account being used by a person under 18 years of age.
• Provision of false or materially inaccurate information during registration.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Actions that compromise the security or integrity of the FC Fachai platform.

Players may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting FC Fachai support. Upon account closure, any remaining real money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to unmet wagering requirements) will be returned to the player's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

11 Limitation of Liability

FC Fachai provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every effort to ensure the platform is available and functioning correctly at all times, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, FC Fachai shall not be liable for:

12 Amendments to These Terms

FC Fachai reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify registered players via email or platform notification.

Your continued use of the FC Fachai platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with any updates to these Terms, you must stop using the platform and contact support to close your account.
